As an Embedded Leadership Partner on our team, you're the "how" to the founder's "what." Your day-to-day focus will be:

  • Own the Execution: You don't just make plans; you install them. You take immediate ownership of the day-to-day chaos so the founder can return to strategy.

  • Build the Machine: You design the "boring" but vital systems: financial governance, people operations, and delivery workflows; that allow the firm to scale without breaking.

  • Speak Hard Truths: You are a peer, not a subordinate. You have the courage to tell a founder what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

  • Design Your Replacement: Your goal isn't to stay forever. It is to build a high-performing leadership team and train an internal successor so the business can eventually run without you.
